HOW TO MAKE AN EXTREMELY DELICIOUS HYDERABADI BIRYANI IN JUST 2 STEPS | QUICK AND EASY

METHOD:

Marinate the chicken by adding red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,cumin powder,rose water,curd,salt,lemon juice,chopped green chillies,coriander,mint and bay leaves,fried onions,oil. REFRIGERATE FOR 5 HOURS.

STEP 1
PARTIALLY COOK THE RICE:

1.Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes.

2.In the boiling water add cardamom,small piece of a cinnamon stick, cloves. cook the rice 60%. strain the rice immediately and transfer it to the biryani handi , layer it on the top of the marinated chicken masala. add saffron milk,rose water and ghee..

STEP 2:

COOK THE ENTIRE CHICKEN WITH PARTIALLY COOKED RICE BY CLOSING THE LID IN THE STREAM INSIDE.
TEN MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME THEN REDUCE THE FLAME AS LOW AS POSSIBLE,COOK FOR 35 MINUTES IN THE PACKED POT…. OPEN THE LID SERVE HOT.
