Quick & Easy Chicken Biryani Recipe Ingredients:

Chicken Marination:
—————————————————–
1. Chicken – 800 gm
2. Curd (Dahi) – ½ cup
3. Onion Paste – 1 tbsp
4. Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
5. Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
6. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
7. Salt to taste

Potato Preparation

1. Potato – 5 (cut in half)
2. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
3. Pinch of orange food color
4. Salt to taste

Then boil them and keep it aside

Rice Preparation:
—————————————————–
1. Basmati Rice – 400 gm
2. Cinnamon – 1 inch
3. Cardamom – 4
4. Clove – 4
5. Star Anise – 1
6. Whole Mace / Javitri /Jayitri – ½
7. Kewra Water – 1 tbsp
8. Rose Water – 1 tbsp

Add all and cook the rice

Chicken Cooking:

1. Marinated Chicken
2. Boiled Potato
3. White Oil – 1 tbsp
4. Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 2 tbsp
5. Garam Masala – 1 inch Cinnamon, 3 Cardamom, 2 Cloves
6. Onion Paste – 2 tbsp
7. Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
8. Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp
9. Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp
10. Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
11. Tomato Paste – 2 (medium sized)
12. Sugar – 1 tsp
13. Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
14. Salt to taste

Final Cooking & Layering:
—————————————————–
1. Cooked Basmati Rice
2. Cooked Chicken
3. Fried Onion – 3 (chopped)
4. Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 2 tbsp
5. Biryani Masala – 1 tsp
6. Kewra Water – 1 tbsp
7. Rose Water – 1 tbsp
8. Orange food color – ¼ tsp (mixed with water)
9. Salt to taste

Keep this for 15 minutes before serve it
