Today we are going to make Mutton Keema Biryani Recipe | Hyderabadi Biryani, you should try our recipe we believe you will love it.


Mutton mince: 500 gram

Rice: 2 cup (soaked)

Onion: 2 medium size (sliced)

Yogurt: 1/2 cup

Ginger paste: 1 tablespoon

Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

Mint leaves: 1 bunch

Coriander leaves: 1/2 bunch

Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon

turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon

Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon

mix Whole garam masala: 2 tablespoon

Lemon juice: 4 to 5 tablespoon

fried onion: 250 gram

salt: 1 1/2 teaspoon for mince and 2 tablespoon for rice

Oil: 1/2 cup

Orange food colour: 1 teaspoon

Milk: 1/2 cup


Take a pot put on medium flame and add oil. when the oil heats add sliced onion and fry until it become golden brown. After this add ginger & garlic paste and stir for 2 to 3 minutes now add all the spices(red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt) and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add whipped yogurt and cook it with all spices until the oil ooze out then add minced and cook for 5 minutes until its colour change and water become dry. now add lemon juice and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame. when the minced tender add half mint leaves, coriander and fried onion mix it well. so minced is ready.
Now we take another pot add 5 glass of water with mix whole garam masala, salt and mint leaves. cover with lid and bring it to boil. when the water boil add soaked rice give it a lightly quick stir and cover and cook for 10 minutes until rice become half cook. when the rice half cooked rinse and set aside.
Take one big pot add half rice then layer with cooked mince then put another layer of rice. Add some mint leaves.Spread fried onion and food colour also add milk and oil.cover with lid and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. mutton mince briyani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
